How do I return my product?
Whether a product is broken, or you simply do not like it, we always offer you an option to return.
Return Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
To return your product:
- Contact our customer support team at info@ravennaled.com, or via our live chat to request a return. We will need your order number. This typically starts with "RL".
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including any accessories.
- Include the order number on the package.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Please note:
Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or broken.
What if my products are (partly) damaged upon arrival?
Don't worry if your product arrives partially damaged. We'll take care of it. Contact our customer support team immediately to report the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

- We will provide you either with a refund or send a new product to your address.
Product quality
It is very important to us that we deliver quality products to our customers. We make sure our products meet high standards. All our products have certified labels, such as CE and RoHs. Additionally, we audit our suppliers on their quality periodically, to make sure our customers get the best quality products.
